Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from Elwood, Victoria, Australia.
Shipping is $10.00 via Regular Post and $15.00 via Express Post.
We also ship to New Zealand of course. Shipping to NZ is $15.00.

All orders over $150.00 are shipped for free!
All orders are shipped the same day or next business day of us receiving your order. On average, orders take 2 to 5 business days to reach you. Shipping to any remote area can take up to one week. We do not ship orders on week-ends or Public holidays. Hence if placing an order on Friday evening or on the week-end, please allow for a few extra days.
If convenient, we can organise for a pick up in person from Elwood (VIC).
You can do so from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

We offer tracking on all orders. Most of the time you will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If not, feel free to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do accept returns. If the item you have received is damaged, unsuitable for use or you have simply changed your mind, you can return items within 14 days (shipped within 14 days of receiving the item).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us FIRST at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging. MiniMeByLisette reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to or if the returned items are damaged due to poor packaging.
All Returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (excl. damaged items or a mistake made by us). Please note that, it is encouraged to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by MiniMeByLisette. For damaged items or when a mistake is made by us, we will be happy to send you a shipping label (free of charge) to return the item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us FIRST at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch with us, and once the exchange has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Then return the original item. Once the original item is received by us, we will then proceed to a full refund (excluding shipping fees) and ship the new item.
